The View Ticket interface provides a full thread history for an individual support request. From this screen, you can review past responses, evaluate agent performance, add detailed replies with attachments, or manually close the ticket once your issue is resolved.

1. Ticket Overview & Quick Controls

The top card of the ticket view displays the primary context and control options:

  • Ticket Header: Displays the unique Ticket ID (e.g., #256) alongside the subject title.

  • Status & Metadata Badges:

    • Overall Status: Indicates whether the ticket is actively Opened (green) or Closed (red).

    • Priority: Shows the urgency rating (e.g., High, Medium, Low).

    • Response State: Displays the current action state (e.g., Waiting Reply, Answered, Resolved).

    • Department & Timestamp: Identifies the assigned queue (e.g., Customer Support) and exact creation date/time.

  • Close Ticket Button: Click the red Close Ticket button at any time to mark the request as resolved and move it to your archived tickets.  If you closed the ticket by mistake, you can always reopen the ticket by clicking on Reopen button on a closed ticket.

2. Conversation Timeline & Agent Ratings

The main body presents a chronological conversation stream detailing every interaction:

  • Lifecycle Events: Tracks key events, such as when the ticket was initially submitted.

  • Support Responses: Responses from support team members (marked with Agent tags) appear in distinct highlight blocks.

  • Star Rating System: Agent responses feature an interactive 5-star rating widget (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐) in the top-right corner, allowing you to rate the quality and helpfulness of the support provided.

  • User Messages: Your replies are displayed sequentially within the timeline with timestamps and your account avatar.
