If the Knowledge Base and FAQs do not resolve your issue, you can submit a direct support request using the New Ticket form.

Authentication Required: You must be logged into your Veyon Help Center account to submit a ticket. If you attempt to access the New Ticket page while logged out, the system will prompt you with the message: "You must sign in before doing that."

1. Creating a Ticket

Navigate to the New Ticket page by clicking the + Create New Ticket button from your profile or the main dashboard. Fill out the required fields to help the support team route and resolve your issue efficiently:

A. Header Information

  • Ticket Subject: Provide a concise, descriptive title for your issue (e.g., "Error saving Custom CSS on Status Page").

  • Priority Level: Use the dropdown menu on the right to set the urgency of your request (e.g., Low, Medium, High). By default, tickets are set to Medium.

  • Department/Category: Select the appropriate support queue from the dropdown (e.g., Customer Support) to ensure your ticket reaches the right specialists.

B. User Identification

  • Name & Email: Your registered account name and email address are automatically populated in these fields and linked to your profile to streamline communication.

C. Ticket Body (Rich Text Editor)

Use the provided WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) text editor to describe your issue in detail. The editor supports comprehensive formatting to help you structure your request:

  • Text Formatting: Bold, underline, italics, text color, font family, and font size.

  • Structure: Bulleted lists, numbered lists, and text alignment.

  • Media & Links: Insert hyperlinks, images, videos, tables, or horizontal rules to provide context.

  • Full Screen: Toggle full-screen mode for easier drafting of long, complex requests.

D. Attachments

  • File Uploads: You can drag and drop screenshots, log files, or configuration exports directly into the bottom pane, or click Choose file to browse your computer. Providing visual evidence heavily accelerates the troubleshooting process.

2. Submitting and Tracking

  • Submit Ticket: Once your request is complete, click the blue Submit Ticket button at the bottom right.

  • View All Tickets: If you need to abort the creation process or check on existing requests, click the View All Ticket button in the top right banner to return to your complete support history.
